Return/Exchange Policy

Did you receive a defective, damaged, or some wrong item sold by vidhiwadhwani.comand want to replace it with the same item? Is your order missing an item that you had added to your cart and you want a refund or replacement?

Do your refund or replacement item abide with the below exchange policy

 EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • At VW we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date when the product/s is received by you.
  • Drop an email at orders.vidhiwadhwani@gmail.com within a period of 7 days, from the date of receiving the same.
  • Exchange of goods is only possible if the merchandise is received by us in a sellable condition.
  • All product/s should be returned in their original packaging with the tags intact whereas in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • Once a member of our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange has been accepted.
  • The exchange will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the product receivedby us and will be sent via bank transfer.
  • Exchange is not possible for customers outside India.
  • Any request for exchange being made subsequent to the aforementioned 7 days post-delivery will not be entertained by us. Any email after the 7th day of receiving the order, will NOT be processed.
  • The product/s sought to be exchanged must be received by us at the following address within 14 days from the date of delivery, with a completed and detailed EXCHANGE NOTE inside the packet. Packet to be addressed to:

  • Exchange for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team. Damages due to negligence, any tampering found,improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange Policy.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged.

 

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE:
If at the time of delivery and/or within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/scan ask for replacement of the product/s from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Clothes are not used (other than for trial), washed, altered,soiled or damaged in any way.
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact.
  • Damaged or defective clothing are meanwhile covered by the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee.
  • There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value.
  • The product should be packed in a good condition for courier and send it to us on the mentioned address. We will generate a credit note which you can use in your next purchase.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We allow for Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse (i.e. withintwenty-four hours (24) from the time of placing the order.)
  • If the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse, then the order MUST be accepted on delivery.

Can I re-exchange the product?

  • Sorry, you would not be able to re-exchange a product after the 1st exchange. We would advise you to understand the reason for dissatisfaction the 1st time and get that addressed in one go.

Can I cancel the exchange?

  • We allow for Order cancellations until none of the items in your exchange Order have been processed in our warehouse (i.e. within twenty-four hours (24) from the time of placing the exchange.)
  • If the items in your exchange have been processed in our warehouse, then the order MUST be accepted on delivery.
